This document describes the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policies, that apply to the use of services offered by MAYGEL CORONEL on the site www.maygelcoronel.com and other related domains.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENTMAYGEL CORONEL

3. PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD, AND PAYMENT
The products and services offered on this website can only be purchased using the payment methods specified for each specific case. The prices stated on the MAYGEL CORONEL website at the time the order is placed will be applicable. Please note that prices are subject to change, and we will notify customers in case of any modifications.
The prices described on our website (in US dollars for the United States and other countries, and in Colombian pesos for Colombia) do not include shipping costs.
For international orders, payment will be made with a card through PayPal, and within Colombian territory, payment will be processed through Mercadopago.
MAYGEL CORONEL has established a secure payment system for any order placed on the website. The payment will be considered complete once the distributor has sent their confirmation. If the bank does not accept the payment, the order will be automatically rejected, and MAYGEL CORONEL will be exempt from any obligations and liabilities towards the customer.
When discount coupons are offered, the coupon value, the minimum purchase amount required to use the coupon, and the eligible dates for its usage will be explicitly stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to one-time use per customer.
5. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
5.1 DELIVERY CONDITIONSMAYGEL CORONEL
will deliver the requested products to the delivery address indicated by the customer, based on the chosen delivery option at the time of placing the order. MAYGEL CORONEL will not proceed with any shipment if full payment of the order is not possible.Customers will be held responsible for any consequences, such as delivery delays, inability to deliver, products returned to MAYGEL CORONEL, and additional transportation costs, that arise from providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information or from being unavailable at the time of delivery.
When purchasing products through the MAYGEL CORONEL Marketplace, the delivery conditions will be based on the preferences selected by the user and the available delivery options within the Marketplace. The following are the estimated delivery times:
For in-stock products:
1. National shipments:
- 7 business days.
2. International shipments:
- 7 to 10 business days.
- 20 to 30 calendar days.
5.2 DELIVERY TERMS
- The user will have the freedom to choose the shipping address.
- Once the payment is approved and the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a notification with the tracking number of their order, allowing them to easily track its progress. In the event that nobody is available to receive the order at the specified shipping address, a second delivery attempt will be made within the following three days.
- If, after this second attempt, the order is still not received, the user should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and the cost of the subsequent delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the customer does not arrange for a new delivery within the following 5 days after the second attempt, the product will be considered abandoned, and no compensation will be provided.
- Please note that purchases made within Colombia can only be shipped within the national territory.
Note 1: In such case, MAYGEL CORONEL will not be responsible for any products not received.
Note 2: It is understood that any person present at the location indicated by the customer for product delivery is authorized to receive the order. Therefore, MAYGEL CORONEL is exempt from any claims arising from delivery made at the customer's designated location.
5.3 PRODUCT RECEIPT
The risks associated with the products will be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery, that is, when the customer (or any third party appointed by them) takes possession of the products in question.
At the time of delivery, the customer must verify the conformity and condition of their order in the presence of the carrier, and if necessary, raise any necessary concerns regarding apparent defects (missing items, damaged packaging). Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer (or any third party appointed by them) to verify the quantity and condition of the products when the carrier delivers them.
If the received package is open or visibly damaged, or if any of the products in the package are damaged, missing, or do not match the order, the customer (or any third party appointed by them) must make a written note to the carrier with as much detail as possible.
In any case, the customer agrees to immediately notify MAYGEL CORONEL through the email address email@example.com to initiate an investigation with the carrier or file a claim with the carrier within the specified timeframe as required by the applicable regulations, if applicable.
It should be noted that the above provisions do not exclude the customer's right to cancellation.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content available to users on www.maygelcoronel.com, including intellectual and industrial property, is the exclusive property of MAYGEL CORONEL or the companies supplying the products.The users must abstain from reusing the contents of www.maygelcoronel.com without the prior consent of MAYGEL CORONEL.
