Returns and Exchanges

1. RETURNS

1.1 RETURNS POLICY

The customer will have the option to return one or several of the products from their order within a period of seven (07) business days, starting from the day they receive the item(s). The return must be accompanied by the carrier's receipt, which should be attached and signed by the customer as proof of the return.

To return the products, the customer should follow the steps below:

- The customer should send an email to orders@maygelcoronel.com, clearly stating the reason for the return, along with their order number and invoice.

- The customer will have a period of five (5) business days, starting from the date of notification of their decision to return the products.

- Each product must be returned in new condition with all labels in its original packaging. In the event of any alteration to the product as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, conformity, characteristics, or proper functioning, MAYGEL CORONEL reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement of the product.

Note 1: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for the garment.

Note 2: Products purchased through authorized distributors of MAYGEL CORONEL must follow the warranty policies of the distributor.

2. WARRANTY

Our garments have a warranty period of three (3) months starting from the moment our customers receive the product. After this time, no claims for merchandise will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will proceed to review it, and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.

If the garment can be repaired, we will proceed with the necessary repairs. Otherwise, we will exchange it for a new one with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

Note: The garment sent under warranty must be washed before submitting the claim.To initiate the warranty claim, please send a request to our email address orders@maygelcoronel.com or through our WhatsApp at +57 3107922698. Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2.1 GENERAL WARRANTY AND/OR RETURN REQUIREMENTS

- The product cannot be altered from its original condition.

- The product must be in perfect condition: unused, clean, and in its original packaging with original tags and labels. (This requirement does not apply when pursuing a warranty for the garment).

- The garment must have been purchased through our website, www.maygelcoronel.com, via our direct communication channels (Instagram and WhatsApp), or at our physical store, Estribos.

3. WRONG PRODUCTS

If the customer receives a product with different characteristics than described on the website at the time of purchase, the procedure to request a product exchange is as follows:

Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the email address orders@maygelcoronel.com along with the order number.

Once it is verified that the product was indeed received incorrectly, a collection guide will be sent to the customer, and MAYGEL CORONEL will arrange for its collection at the same location where it was initially delivered. After this is done, the correct product will be sent.

4. Canceling Your Purchase

The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase order, or any part thereof, at any time, even if MAYGEL CORONEL has not breached it, by providing written notice to the email: orders@maygelcoronel.com.

In the event of a cancellation, the stipulated time frame for the refund of the money paid in the purchase order will be within 15 business days following the receipt of the cancellation request email.

MAYGEL CORONEL will provide a full refund of the paid amount, as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a product return, and the amount charged for shipping or taxes, if applicable, will be deducted (for international shipments).
