What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for shipments within the United States is within 4-6 business days.
If you are located outside the United States, the estimated delivery time is within 8-10 business days.

How can I track my order?

All information related to the delivery of your order will be sent directly to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
For this reason, it is very important that you enter your email address correctly, as you will receive all updates regarding your order there.

What happens if my package is delayed?

During peak seasons, such as December, sale periods, or Black Friday, delays in order deliveries may occur.

Exchanges and Returns

How long do I have to request an exchange or return?

The time frame to request an exchange or return is 7 business days from the date you receive the item.

How long do I have to return an item?

Once you receive the return label, you will have 5 business days to send the item back to us.
If after this period the item has not been shipped, is not in transit, or has not been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to continue with the exchange or return process.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, it is recommended to do it within the first 3 days, as this is the estimated time it may take us to ship the order.
The refund for a cancellation may take up to 15 business days to be processed. To request a cancellation and refund, you can send an email to info@maygelcoronel.com.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

For exchanges or returns within the United States, the return shipping cost is covered by the company.

If you wish to make an exchange or return and you are outside the United States, you will need to send the package back to us directly so we can assist you with the process. To receive the corresponding information and the shipping address, you can contact us at info@maygelcoronel.com.

Please note that in these cases, we are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or extra payments that may occur during shipping or at the time the package is delivered.

What is the refund process?

If your request corresponds to a refund, please take the following into account:

  • Item condition:
    Once we receive the item, it will go through our quality control process. It must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, stains (including makeup), and with its original tags attached.
    If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process the refund and the item will be sent back to the customer.

  • Allowed quantity:
    A minimum of 1 item and a maximum of 3 items can be returned per request.

  • Applicable deductions:
    From the total amount paid, $90.00 will be deducted, corresponding to shipping costs.
    Additionally, if more than one item is returned, $30.00 will be deducted for each additional returned item.

  • Processing time:
    The refund will be processed within up to 30 business days from the moment the items are received and approved.
Can I exchange it for another size or style?

If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to make an exchange, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Size exchange
  • Color exchange
  • Style exchange

Please note that the item must be in perfect condition and with all original tags attached. To process the exchange, the item will be reviewed by our quality control team.

If the item shows any alteration, signs of use, or damage, it will be returned to you and we will not be able to proceed with the exchange request.

Do swimsuits have exchanges?

If your purchase corresponds to a swimsuit, exchanges or returns are not possible. Due to internal policies and hygiene reasons, these items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
