MAYGEL CORONEL - SUSTAINABILITY
As of today, 97% of our production occurs at our facility, with the remaining 3% sourced from a reputable third-party supplier in Italy. We are committed to partnering with suppliers who consistently meet all legal requirements and demonstrate a strong track record in sustainability.
All our employees are full-time staff at MC Devins, receiving comprehensive compensation and benefits in accordance with Colombian labor laws. We prioritize the health and safety of our workforce through rigorous training programs that align with Occupational Health and Safety Management Standards.
We are proud that approximately 90% of our products are crafted from locally sourced materials, including Colombian raw materials. Colombia’s Free Trade Agreements with the US and Europe enable us to optimize our product offerings, enhancing our economic sustainability while benefiting our business operations.
As a Meta Certified Company (Sedex Audix Report ZAA600076038), we uphold high environmental standards. Our primary fabric is OEKO-TEX certified*, and our partnering mill efficiently reuses 40% of its water, significantly reducing our ecological footprint.
We are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality raw materials to meet luxury standards and are eager to incorporate recycled materials that align with our clients' quality expectations.
Lastly, we recognize that our most valuable asset is our people. We take pride in ensuring compliance with all Colombian legal and labor requirements, fostering a workplace that values our employees and supports our community.
