Returns and Exchanges

1. RETURNS

1.1 RETURNS POLICY


We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States. International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Maygel Coronel is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

We do not accept returns of beauty items, swimwear, or intimate apparel.

Please note that, in order to accept returns from the Knitwear collection, items must be in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if the garments have undergone any fabric modifications, as these are highly delicate items.

All orders placed during online promotional or sale periods are considered final sale. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be sent back to the customer.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box in which it was delivered. Maygel Coronel boxes should not be used as the shipping box.

The product must not have been worn, soiled, washed, damaged, or have a strong cigarette odor, and must have all tags attached to be eligible for return. Failure to comply will result in the return being denied and shipped back to the customer.

The customer may return one or more products from their order within seven (07) business days, except for products from the Knitwear collection, for which the return period will be five (05) business days from the date the item(s) are received. The return must be accompanied by the carrier’s receipt, signed by the customer as proof of return.

To return products, the customer must follow the steps below:

- Send an email to info@maygelcoronel.com clearly stating the reason for the return, along with the order number and invoice.
- The customer will have five (5) business days from the date of notification of their decision to return the products.
- Each product must be returned in new condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Maygel Corporation reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement if the product shows alterations resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, conformity, characteristics, or proper functioning.

Requirements and Limitations


Return requests will be rejected under the following conditions:

- If the request exceeds the timeframe established in our return policy.
- If the number of garments being returned exceeds three.


Refunds will be processed within up to 30 business days after the package has been received at our warehouse.

Important:
Items purchased through retailers other than maygelcoronel.com must be returned directly to the retailer. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.

Note 1: Products purchased through our website may be exchanged at our San Pedro physical store. To complete the exchange, it is necessary to provide the ID number of the person who made the purchase along with the corresponding order details.

Note 2: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for the garment(s). A $90 charge will be deducted from the total refund or store credit corresponding to the return shipping label.
If more than one garment is returned in the same shipment, an additional $30 will be deducted for each additional returned item.

 
2. WARRANTY

Our garments are covered by a three (3) month warranty from the date the customer receives the product. After this period, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review the request and provide a response within 15 business days.

If the garment can be repaired, the necessary repairs will be made. Otherwise, it will be exchanged for a new one with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

Note: Garments submitted for warranty claims must be washed prior to filing the claim.

2.1 GENERAL WARRANTY AND/OR RETURN REQUIREMENTS


- The product must not be altered from its original condition.
- The product must be in perfect condition: unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached. (This requirement does not apply to warranty claims.)
- The garment must have been purchased through our website www.maygelcoronel.com, our direct communication channels (Instagram or WhatsApp), or at our physical store, Estribos.
 
3. WRONG PRODUCTS


If the customer receives a product with characteristics different from those described on the website at the time of purchase, the procedure to request an exchange is as follows:

Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photographs of the incorrect item and send them to info@maygelcoronel.com along with the order number.

Once it has been verified that the incorrect product was received, a return shipping label will be sent and MAYGEL CORONEL will arrange for the collection at the same address where the order was originally delivered. The correct product will then be sent.

 
4. ORDER CANCELLATION


The customer has the right to cancel the purchase order, in whole or in part, at any time, even if MAYGEL CORONEL has not breached it, by providing written notice to info@maygelcoronel.com.

In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be processed within 30 business days following receipt of the cancellation request email.

MAYGEL CORONEL will issue a full refund of the amount paid as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and any applicable shipping or tax charges will be deducted (for international shipments).
